Covid-19 Vaccinations: The surgery is only vaccination patients 75 years and above.  Please do not call the surgery to enquire about the vaccine if you are under 75. More information can be found at: www.nhsinform.scot/covid-19-vaccine

Prescriptions: We are NOT issuing prescriptions early or issuing extra medication. To reduce the number of patients attending the surgery, a number of pharmacies offer collection service and we would be happy to give your prescriptions to their driver.

Photograph Submission: Please only send pictures if asked to do so by surgery staff.  Place a ruler or coin beside the rash or mark to give the clinician an idea of the size. Pictures and consent to queens.crescent@nhs.scot Please make sure you add your full name and date-of-birth so we can identify you.

Please ensure the surgery has up-to-date contact details.  

Repeat Prescriptions

Patients on long term medication can order prescriptions in the following ways:Nice_vlue_pills

  • By telephone - call the dedicated prescription line on 0141 332 3470.
  • In person/post - tick the items required on the counterfoil issued with your last prescription and drop it in to the surgery or post it.
  • Online - follow the link at the top of this page to complete a simple registration.

A number of local pharmacies collect prescriptions from the surgery - further details are available from reception.

Collecting your prescription

Your prescription will be available to collect from 2:00pm, two days after you have submitted your request.  Your local pharmacy may collect this prescription on your behalf, please contact your pharmacy for individual advice.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
