Flu/Covid vaccinations: This year all Flu and Covid booster vaccines will be managed by the health board.  Anyone entitled to the vaccine will receive an invite directly from NHSGG&C.  GP practices are no longer involved in the process and cannot assit with enquiries.  More information can be found at: www.nhsinform.scot

Photograph Submission: Please only send pictures if asked to do so by surgery staff.  Place a ruler or coin beside the rash or mark to give the clinician an idea of the size. Pictures and consent to queens.crescent@nhs.scot Please make sure you add your full name and date-of-birth so we can identify you.

Coronavirus: DO NOT come into the surgery. Please follow NHS inform guidelines. You can still call the surgery and make a phone consultation appointment, please call the surgery for more information

Online booking of GP appointments via patient access is currently SUSPENDED due to coronavirus

Prescriptions: We are NOT issuing prescriptions early or issuing extra medication. To reduce the number of patients attending the surgery, a number of pharmacies offer collection service and we would be happy to give your prescriptions to their driver.

Please ensure the surgery has up-to-date contact details.

New Data Protection Regulations from May 2018 (GDPR)

Under the new data protection regulations introduced from 25th May 2018, we will continue to contact patients via text messages regarding the delivery of care if they have provided consent to do so.

If practices are sending messages about recommended treatment for the management of a specific health issue, then this is defined as providing appropriate care for patients, not marketing purposes.
